Take the next step on your path to looking and feeling better with F15. Whether you are just starting to exercise and eat healthier, or already have a lot of experience: F15 has the right level for everyone; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

F15 Beginner 
F15 Beginner is the right program for you if you have just completed the C9 or still do little or no exercise and want to start a healthier lifestyle. With this program you will learn the basic skills of fitness with simple workouts that do not require any additional equipment. The program booklet contains the exercise and nutrition schedule, healthy recipes and important tips for healthy(er) living.

F15 Intermediate 
For people who want to continue their transformation after completing the F15 BEGINNER. But the program is also ideal for people who are already reasonably active and want to increase their athletic activities and maintain healthy habits. This program also introduces training with weights. One works with a nutrition and supplement schedule, healthy recipes, strength training, high-intensity cardio, interval training and yoga. The program booklet contains the exercise and nutrition schedule, information on making permanent lifestyle changes, as well as general information on, for example, the importance of a good night's sleep.

F15 Advanced 
For people who are ready for the next step after F15 Intermediate and for people who are already very active, and are looking for an advanced program to support their goals. With this program, you will work on making your muscles stronger with targeted exercises and advanced cardio training. The program booklet includes the exercise and nutrition schedule, in-depth information and tips on nutrition and healthy living. You will also gain a better understanding of how nutrition and exercise can be tailored to body type.
